Robert Downey Jr. is getting closer and closer to Tony Stark-level money. He's not only Hollywood's highest-paid actor, but also the top-earning star in the entire world.
Forbes crunched the numbers for its annual rankings, and Downey topped the list for the third year in a row, making $80 million in the past year.
The second-place star is Jackie Chan, who has consistently dominated the Chinese box office. Chan has earned $50 million in the past year alone, much of it from the Chinese film Dragon Blade, which co-starred Adrien Brody and John Cusack. An expert told Forbes that he's "basically the Mickey Mouse of Chinese culture."
American stars like Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper also figure prominently. But major Bollywood stars like Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, and Salman Khan also have raked in major box-office cash, and seem to be only on their way up.
