I really enjoyed Spectre. It did a great job of blending the self-referential hamminess that made the original Bond films so fun with the gritty realism that made the Daniel Craig films so thrilling. But I also know that's not a slightly polarising opinion, and I agree with most all of the hilarious criticism presented in Screen Junkies' honest trailer of the film, namely:

1) Parts of it were way too long and way too boring. Do we need so many board meetings, and lectures on drones and meteors, and sections in which characters are waiting around for an Uber?

2) Did it have to feature yet another round of "underdeveloped sex objects"? I realise it's Bond but it would be great if at least the last installment had a woman who did a little more than sashay in a ball gown while looking dour.

At least we'll always have that awesome opening helicopter scene.
