Toothpaste

For minor screen scratches, non-gel based toothpaste work a treat. Using a cotton bud, dab a small amount on your screen and gently rub in using a circular motion. Wipe away with a soft damp cloth.

Baking soda

Add two teaspoons of baking soda into a cup. Then add one teaspoon of water and stir until you get a paste. using a soft cloth, rub the mixture onto your scratch using a circular motion and remove excess using a new, slightly damp cloth.

Baby powder

If you don't have any baking powder at hand, you can use the above method using baby powder. In addition to removing the scratches, you'll get your phone smelling like a clean baby's bottom too. Bonus.
