In her recent 'visual album' Lemonade, Beyoncé struck some thinly-veiled jabs at Jay-Z and his supposed extracurricular activities, but now it's been revealed that the two are - supposedly - about to release an album together.
According to Page Six, the accusations from Beyoncé's record were all a marketing ploy, designed to drum up publicity for a joint album that would respond to the affair claims, amongst other things... Still with us?
The source claims that "Jay and Beyoncé were never going to do an interview to address all the questions that came up after Lemonade. It's more their style to respond through music." He/she also says that the project is already completed and will be released on TIDAL "very soon."
If this is all true, then it might just be the greatest bit of music marketing ever.
