Roy Hodgson And Wayne Rooney Want England Fans To Stay Out Of Trouble

A plea to stay safe during Euro 2016

After stadium and street clashes before, during and after England's 1-1 draw with Russia, England Manager Roy Hodgson and captain Wayne Rooney have asked fans to stay safe and away from the tournament if they don't have match tickets.

The plea comes after UEFA confirmed Russia and England could be thrown out of Euro 2016 if fan fighting continues.

UEFA have already opened disciplinary proceedings against the Russian football federation and could do the same if more English fans are caught up in violence during the Euros.

In a effort to beat crowd trouble, the UK have offered to send more police and the French government are looking to introduce an alcohol ban in fan zones around stadiums.
