Until now, all we knew for certain about the iPhone 7 is that the spiteful little upstart is intent on making our favourite headphones completely obsolete.
So surely Apple has something up their sleeve to make up for such a winding punch to the buying public's guts?
Thankfully, according to a new leak from the usually reliable KGI securities, it looks like the rest of the tech is set for a massive upgrade.
Apple's new phone will feature an A10 chip, which will result in a dramatic speed boost.
The camera on the back of the model will also include long-rumoured dual-lens technology, that will help to shoot far crisper (and more professional) images.
The colourways are set for a refresh, too. Classic "space grey" is being phased out, to be replaced by "dark black" and "piano black" (the latter of which might be reserved for premium models).
We'll be getting the official word on the new model in a special Apple event later this week, so until then, give your trusty headphones the send off they deserve.
