Nirvana's 'Nevermind' Baby Has Recreated His Cover Shot 25 Years Later

It must be hard growing up as the Nirvana 'Nevermind' baby. In theory, you could dine out on that photo for the rest of your life – but in reality, nobody would ever believe you.

Which is just one of the many reasons why Spencer Elden, the original album cover baba, has decided to recreate the iconic shot - 25 years after the genre-defining album was released.

"I said to the photographer, 'Let's do it naked.' But he thought that would be weird, so I wore my swim shorts," Spencer explained to the New York Post.

"The anniversary means something to me. It's strange that I did this for five minutes when I was four months old and it became this really iconic image."

Although, it seems that Elden has made other attempts to convince people that he was a famous naked baby – as you can see from the giant "Nevermind" tattoo on his chest.

"It's cool but weird to be part of something so important that I don't even remember," he said.

People still won't believe him.
