As we're sure you've already gathered, Donald and his clan have a tendency to incite some fairly strong feelings in people of a certain worldview and today is no exception, after a man and his husband were kicked off a flight for harassing Ivanka Trump.
Matthew Lasner and his husband Daniel Goldstein were on a JetBlue flight from New York's Kennedy airport to Florida, when they saw that Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner were sat behind them.
Not being particularly full of Christmas cheer at the time, Lasner said on Twitter that his husband "chased" the President-elect's daughter down the terminal "to harass them".
A passenger on the flight told TMZ that Goldstein allegedly said: "Your father is ruining the country. Why is she on our flight? She should be flying private."
This appears to be about the time that airline staff stepped in, with a JetBlue spokesman saying they wanted to avoid "the risk of escalation during flight" and that the couple were rebooked for the next available flight.
Another passenger, who claimed to be sat in front of Ivanka in the picture, had a different take on the whole kerfuffle.
Marc Scheff wrote on Facebook: "A man got on and got upset about her and her family. He didn't accost her directly."
"When he got on and saw her, sitting behind me, he said 'oh my god. This is a nightmare' and was visibly shaking. He said 'they ruin the country now they ruin our flight!'"
"He did not yell."
Lasner later deleted his tweets and posted an apology that read: "I sincerely regret my actions earlier today and upon further reflection am ashamed to have verbally attacked Ms Ivanka Trump."
That's very big of you, Matthew.
