NASA Is Making A Major Announcement On "Discovery Beyond Our Solar System"

NASA is set to host a press conference announcing a "discovery beyond our social system".

They're not revealing any more information than that, though. They're the space agency equivalent of your mate who always says: "Guess what! Actually, actually, it's nothing. Don't worry. It's nothing."

The event will take place tomorrow at 1pm New York time (6pm GMT), streaming live on NASA's website.

The announcement will be based on new findings around exoplanets, which are planets that orbit stars other than our sun. Many believe that these exoplanets could possibly host extraterrestrial life.

During the conference, NASA will be taking questions through their #ask NASA hashtag on Twitter, followed by an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with the scientists on Reddit.
