Former record industry titan Marion 'Suge' Knight claims that his ex-wife Sharitha Golden and a former Death Row security chief killed Tupac Shakur, and that he was in fact the real target of the 1996 murder.
The Daily Mail reports that the rapper's attorney Thaddeis Culpepper (impeccable name) wrote a signed affidavit, saying: 'Knight has known for many years that Reggie Wright Jr. and his ex-wife Sharitha were behind the murder of Tupac and attempted murder of Knight.'
For her part, Golden has denied the accusations, telling The Sun: "Of course I did not kill Tupac. Does it sound like there's any truth to it? It sounds really stupid to me. As far as me and Reggie plotting together come on now – there was no plot between us I don't even see him on a regular basis."
Knight, who is currently standing trial for a different murder, was in the car with Tupac when he was killed in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, and 20-years on mystery still shrouds his death.

Suge's revelation came after he heard about the theories espoused by upcoming documentary Tupac Assassination: Battle for Compton.
The documentary's co-director said: "When our book came out and we were working on the movie, we gave the salient points of the book to Thaddeus Culpepper, who read them to Suge Knight.
"Suge's initial response was 'Who the hell are these guys?'", before apparently revealing that he believed it was true.
