The Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuse Zoological Park, a Florida-based zoo, has been put up for sale on Craiglist at the genuinely reasonable price of $350,000 (£275,000).

For that money, you'll be the owner of a 10-acre park with barns, gift shops and, most importantly, all the man-eating pets you could hope for, including lions, tigers, bears and baboons.

"We're looking for somebody who shares our passion for the welfare of the animals at the zoo," President and Chairman of the Board of Directors Bill Anderson told The Verge. "We want somebody with the financial means to be able to keep the zoo on the upward trend. Not only in terms of animal healthcare, veterinarian care, but continual upgrade of habitats."
