The ongoing feud betwen Anthony and Tyson Fury is one of boxing's more amusing - if certainly less edifying - subplots.
In the latest chapter of the ongoing saga that may one day result in an actual fight, AJ described Fury's 2015 win over Wladimir Klitschko - the man he beat in his own last bout - as "boring" in an interview with Sky Sports yesterday.
"He didn't throw a punch. He didn't come to fight," the British Champ said.
"He just walked around the ring for like 12 rounds, it's boring. It's not winning, it's how you win."
"His stock didn't rise," the 27-year-old continued. "Your stock has got to rise and he could have had the better win, but when people look at it, many years after, ask them whose fight they will remember."
Fury, who has previously described Joshua as a "fraud" and called the Heavyweight Champion a "bodybuilder," was quick to respond with a ranting Instagram video.
The depressing clip, in which a baby can be heard crying in the background, sees Fury calling for a fight with "no warm-up fights needed" and calling him a "bully" whilst claiming he is "more Nigerian" than Joshua.
Like we said. Edifying.
