The company, infamous for their heavily delayed and excruciating service, tweeted yesterday that they had put a 15-year-old boy called Eddie in charge of its social media.

Twitter being Twitter, instead of complaints about the service - of which there's usually infinite - Eddie received a barrage of riddles, nonsensical questions and general piss-taking.
