Even Piers Morgan Has Turned His Back On Donald Trump

America's living nightmare is losing his few British allies. What will it take for the rest to fall?

Did you hear that thud? It was the sound of Piers Morgan finally smacking his head against the glass of his Donald Trump Overton window.

After making it part of his ongoing schtick to defend the President of the United States of America against all charges, the human tabloid reached his personal 'too far' moment over Trump's recent spirited defence of neo-Nazism and embarked on some leftie snowflake-style virtual signalling on Twitter.

Morgan's brave denouncement of his 'friend' in the White House sees the British Donald Trump Fan Club reduced by one quarter of its total membership, with only human earthworm Nigel Farage, Roald Dahl baddie Katie Hopkins and the outgoing Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Theresa May left to make excuses for him, or turn a blind eye 'because trade'.

What it will take for this remaining trio to put their hands on their thighs, blow some air out of their cheeks and say "actually, that's a bit rich for me..." remains to be seen: perhaps a nuclear war, perhaps proof of a conspiracy with Russia, or perhaps the inevitable moment on Trump's 'state visit' when he yanks the Queen's arm out of her socket while telling her her arse looks good in that fuchsia dress coat.

Time - and history - will tell.
