This unidentified fan strolled out onto the pitch (unchallenged, mind) at the Ricoh Arena during Coventry City's defeat to Forest Green Rovers on Tuesday night (18 October) to give his team a talking to.

In the clip shared on Twitter by Pints and Pyro, it looks as though he even goes to tackle Forest Green's Christian Doidge.

He then turned his attention to Jack Grimmer and Marc Mcnulty, waving his arms and cap around in fury.

In the end, it was up to midfielder Michael Doyle to see the invader off the pitch as it seemed as though no security or stewards were about to step in.

He wasn't the only fan to vent his frustration as the crowd booed the final whistle as Coventry lost by one goal.

Looks as though the pep talk didn't have the desired effect after all, better luck next time lads.
