Roma Star's 'Finger In The Bum' Celebration Could Just Catch On

When is it appropriate to put your finger up someone else's bum? Most people would probably say 'during consensual sexual intercourse' or 'in the doctor's office' only.

But we can now add 'when celebrating your side's second Champions League goal against Chelsea' to that rather niche list, after Roma's Diego Perotti was spotted giving teammate Stephan El-Shaarawy a congratulatory probe following his second goal in their 3-0 spanking of the Blues in Italy.

El-Shaarawy's amused reaction suggests the 'bum poke' may now become an entirely acceptable replacement for the traditional 'pat on the back', which come to think of it probably should have gone out with bowler hats. We're going to test the theory next time a member of the Esquire team does something impressive, and get back you. If we don't get sacked first, of course.
