The Manual - How to stand up skydive

Essential knowledge for every man on a Monday morning, today we teach you how to stand up when sky diving.

1 To stand up during a dive you need to push your feet towards the ground, thrust your hips towards the horizon and keep looking forward. Clench your butt cheeks together, think about where the wind is coming from and don't open your legs too wide.

2 Keep your eyes on a specific point on the horizon. This will help to prevent you from spinning out of control. The spin might seem like fun at first, but could increase your chances of vomiting.

3 Once you start to get the hang of it, make sure you get a good coach who can video your performance. Remember to have fun, but don't get too carried away!
