Dressed in the finest seasonal wear from the likes of Dior Homme, Louis Vuitton and Prada (the bean pole that is Tom Wrigglesworth looked particularly fetching in his shrunken Prada jumper), Britain's comedy heroes took their places last month for Esquire's Kings of Comedy portfolio shoot.

Out now in our September issue, eight talented chaps including Tim Key, Alex Horne, Jack Whitehall, Rhod Gilbert and Tim Minchin reveal their guilty pleasures to our features director Mat Smith. Scratch cards, pelicans, a lost tribe of the Amazon and making mittens out of the neighbour's cat (naming no names, Mr Minchin) come up a few times.
