In the age of the kindle and the iPad, the need for physical books are waning. If it weren't for our natural need to showcase our amazing taste they might even be dead already. But until that need dies, we'll need somewhere suitably clever and eye-catching to show off our choice tomes.
This SSB-1 was created by Erik Heywood. Made in California, each one was hand cut and trimmed before being matte coated and hand rubbed down with natural beeswax.
And it's also a great way to show off your fancy books that you've never actually read (hey, it's not our fault Jean Baudrillard's 'America' isn't that interesting). ($90, Book/Shop)
