Pharrell and Daft Punk Bring In A 'Gust Of Wind'

With a spacey video directed by Edgar Wright

Pharrell's latest music video for his single 'Gust Of Wind' has been released online.

The huge-hatted artist is seen exploring the woods, only to find two gigantic boulders shaped like the helmets belonging to the members of Daft Punk – which isn't as strange as it sounds, as the French duo feature on the chorus.

What may come as a surprise is that the video itself is directed by Edgar Wright, the British filmmaker behind Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and The World's End, whose previous music video credits include lesser known acts like The Bluetones, Charlotte Hatherley and Mint Royale.

We were hoping for a Simon Pegg and Nick Frost cameo – but sadly – not this time.
