Tidal Finally Releases Streaming Numbers For The Life Of Pablo

They left out how many people unsubscribed after streaming TLOP free for a month, though

Apparently three million lost souls have subscribed to Tidal, Billboard reported, after the streaming service-cum-running joke-cum-millionaire ego stroker released its vital stats yesterday in honour of its one-year anniversary.

A lot of those are probably thanks to Kanye, who held The Life of Pablo hostage on Tidal only (minus Rihanna-featuring, Taylor Swift-shading "Famous") and whose album reportedly surpassed 250 million streams in the first 10 days.

Unfortunately, the streaming dwarf didn't reveal how many people unsubscribed after using its free one-month trial just to listen to TLOP, but I'd be willing to bet it's a lot. And who can blame them, at £10 a month and £20 a month for its "high-fidelity," "lossless audio/video" tier?
