Ser Gregor Clegane - also known as  'The Mountain' - from Game of Thrones has revealed the secret to his super-strength: sparkling water called 'HeavyBubbles'.

Actor Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson - Thor Bjornsson for short - gives a performance that, in all honesty, is more demanding than anything he has done in Westeros so far in this advert for the water, which comes in a dumbbell-shaped bottled.

It's an April Fools, of course, but we're still a little disappointed we won't be able to lug some home from Sainsbury's.
