It feels like we can't go more than a few days without HBO cruelly teasing us with more snippets of the forthcoming season of Game of Thrones. By the time it rolls out on 24 April it looks likely we will have unknowingly watched the entire series 6 in 30 second clips.
Not that we're complaining. The three new short clips come off the back off the nail-biting new trailer and the screening of the first episode both held last week. This is what we've gleamed so far, obviously if you're not yet caught up, there are loads of bloody spoilers here.
The first is a mourning scene from the first episode between Cersei (Lena Headey) and Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) after Jamie has brought her their daughter Myrcella's body.
The second clip from that same episode is whilst Sansa (Sophie Turner) and Theon (Alfie Allen) are running from Ramsay's hounds. Fairly stressful cardio especially whilst in deep Winterfell snow
The last clip is from the following episode of the season shows captive Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) looking out at the Dothraki city, Vaes Dothrak.
Undoubtedly fans will have these clips on a loop to update the ongoing live blog on the state of John Snow's mortality. With creators of the show David Benioff and Dan Weiss saying the new season is "the best one we've done" all that is left is to wait excitedly for winter to come.
