This App Will Let You Delete Those Terrible Drunken Texts

But you'll need to be quick

It's 3am and you've had at least four beers too many. Obviously now is the perfect time to scroll through your contacts list and get in touch with that ex that you hadn't even thought about until now.

If that sounds like you, help is finally at hand. A new app called Privates! allows you to recall regrettable texts, as long as the recipient hasn't read them, meaning you'll need to be quick with your regret and shame.

The app was created by Dr Isaac Datikashvili, who wanted to originally make an app that would keep medical record transfers secure.

Users can choose from three different strengths of security: Mild, Wild and Insane; while  screenshot prevention stops recipients from forwarding, copying or saving your messages. You can also choose how long a message can stay on another's phone before it's automatically deleted.

At present the app is only available for iOS users, but Windows and Android versions are on the way, so soon everyone will be able to fill their boots with awful, desperate texts.

Enjoy!
