Game of Thrones spoilers spread like, well, wildfire every year, especially right before each season starts. But HBO does everything it possibly can to keep the plot points locked down—including both high-tech and low-tech solutions. (Here's betting spoilers will get out anyway.)

In an interview with the U.K.'s Fabulous magazine, Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays Daenerys right-hand woman Missandei, talked about the extreme precautions the cast has to take to avoid spoilers getting leaked. She said anyone who receives a script via email must enable two-step verification to prevent hackers from getting in (which everyone should set up, even if you're not on HBO) and if you have a paper copy, you can't take them off the set at all.

"They've definitely tightened up who has scripts and how we're given them. You have to look at it digitally," she said. "You might get given rehearsal notes on set, but you have to sign for and return them before you leave. If you don't, people will chase you until you give them back!"

Despite more and more efforts to crack down on spoilers, the truth always gets out—but it's so drowned out by fake theories that nobody can tell. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister, told the Huffington Post that some of the leaks are actually real.

"Every year there are huge spoilers online where people find out real stuff and they will post it, and you go, 'Oh my God, they just spoiled the whole season online!'" he said. "But then, because there's 10,000 other spoilers out there, they're not real. It just gets lost in the shuffle. So, it's all out there by the way ... if you can find it." Is he referring to the alleged plot leak that went out last fall? If you want potentially huge spoilers, read away.
