It's no secret that there is no love lost between the BBC and the former Top Gear team.
So it's understandable that tensions would flair when Richard Hammond, James May and James May's god-forsaken shirt arrived on The One Show's sofa to discuss their new Top Gear clone, The Grand Tour.
They walked onto set pulling along a cardboard car that had been handed to them by the studio, in reference to the small budget that Jeremy Clarkson's team are rumoured to be working with at Amazon.
"It's a very funny joke though, in case anybody didn't get it" deadpanned James May, the interview going from bad to worse as Alex Jones questioned Amazon's promotion campaign for the show.
