Hey so the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences picked five guys that they think were the best actors in movies this year. If you were a white man even standing in the background of a shot you were probably nominated. If your name is not Michael B. Jordan, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Abraham Attah, John Boyega, or Idris Elba you were definitely nominated. SNL, which has faced scrutiny for its own diversity issues over the past few years, went right for the gut last night. It was brilliant.
