Egg White Sour

Esquire tried this at Employees only, now it’s your turn try it at home. The egg white sour may not be the simplest of cocktails to make (it takes skill to get the egg into your drink and not on your face) but it’s one of the tastiest.

Ingredients

2 Measures Woodford Reserve

1 measure sugar syrup

Lemon juice

1 egg white

 

Method

Combine the ingredients to emulsify. Add ice and shake again. Strain and pour onto rocks in a sour glass.
