Hawksmoor Seven Dials Adds The Five Pork Burger To Their Menu

The kings of all things cow have done it again

Whether you’re looking for the perfect slab of porterhouseheart-clogging bar snacks or – let's face it – both, Hawksmore owners Will Beckett and Huw Gott have you covered.

And now they're about to launch a new concoction that promises to drive the carnivore in you wild: the Five Pork Burger, available from Monday 10 March at their Seven Dials outlet.

Sandwiched between their famous brioche buns is a Tamworth pork patty with sausage meat stuffing, a couple of slices of smoked bacon, greens (got to keep the weight off) and a dollop of homemade apple ketchup. But that's not all. There'll also be a generous side of extra-long pork scratchings with sausage gravy for dipping.

If for whatever reason the sound of the Five Pork Burger doens't take your fancy, you can always opt for the Kimichi Burger – cheeseburger packed with spicy Korean pickled cabbage – or the classic Hawksmoor Burger instead. All served with triple cooked chips, beef dripping potatoes or an English lettuce and herb salad (don't laugh), there really is no better haven for meat lovers.
