Shake Shack Reveals New Gourmet Menu

The American chain celebrates its 10th anniversary in style with the world's best chefs

We've had our heads turned by more than a few burgers in our time, from the Clockjack Chicken Burger to Hawksmoor’s All-Pig special via the weird-but-delicious-looking Ramen Burger.

None, however, have got us excited as Shake Shack anniversary menu.

The American chain have invited five guest chefs in put their spin on the traditional burger, with each available for just one day only.

Kicking things off on Monday is Daniel Boulud (of Bar Boulud) with his Piggie Shack burger (pictured) – featuring BBQ pulled pork, jalepeño mayo, and mustard-vinegar slaw.

Subsequent days will see Daniel Humm’s Humm Burger, encompassing a gruyere cheeseburger, applewood smoked back bacon and truffle mayo, Andrew Zimmern’s goat burger with roasted tomato, charred onion and sweet pickle, David Chang’s Momofuku Shrimp Stack and April Bloomfield’s Breslin Burger.

Naturally, any burger fan worth their mayo will want to sample all five limited editions. Sadly, they are only going to be available at Shakeshack’s Madison Square Park. We're looking into long-distance delivery as we type…

Available 9 – 13 June, Shake Shack, Madison Square Park, New York, shakeshack.com
