Hands-down, mixologist Tony Conigliaro - think Blumenthal gone boozy - is amongst London’s best drinks men (he also owns Esquire-frequented speakeasy 69 Colebrooke Row).

Conigliaro has partnered with Beefeater 24 to offer up a gin-soaked molecular cocktail session. Concocting the barman’s patented glowing martinis and grass-scented cocktails are the order of the day. But really, this is about you, premium gin and the quest for the perfect drink - not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Tony Conigliaro’s free molecular cocktail session is on Saturday 18 February, 3-5pm at The Drinks Factory N1 8QH. Guests must register in advance by emailing david@bacchus-pr.com. Spaces are limited.
