Divine Bovine

Tom Parker Bowles is a man who knows (and loves) a good steak. This has led him inevitably to Gaucho, Argentinean steakhouse extraordinaireand the mammoth beef-fest known as Divine Bovine.

Over five courses, diners will experience classic Argentinean steak as well as a range of other bovine dishes, including beef cheek and Chinculines - beef intestines (yes, intestines. Honestly, they’re delicious).

Naturally all dishes are accompanied by superb Argentinean red wine (if in doubt, go for the Malbec) as well as the scintillating company of TPB, who’s hosting the night.

Says Bowles, in between preparatory steak mouthfuls, “It promises to be a real celebration of Argentinian food culture, offering modern spins on some of the most traditional dishes.”

We'll drink (and eat, excessively) to that.
