You've made the leap and started buying plants. You did it for you of course - you never thought about impressing anyone, lady friend or otherwise. The problem now is where to put them all. Here's the solution.

This piece of furniture is called the 'Console O'. JiB design studio was founded by Je-Uk Kim, who studied architecture at the University of Michigan before working around the world for a decade.

Having worked in New York, London and Copenhagen he launched JiB in April 2012. The aim of the studio was to create timeless objects large and small, from buildings to the Console O.

Handmade in the UK, it's essentially a table made to fit several ceramic vessels - perfectly suited as plant pots. And when the plants wilt, you can hide them under the tabletop. But we're sure you won't allow that to happen, how else would you impress that person you're certainly not out to impress?
