What happens when you're really into snakes and you've got a shit-ton of time on your hands? An emoji snake, that's what.
Justin Kobylka spent almost a decade breeding pythons to create a white ball python with yellow smiley emojis on its skin, caused by recessive mutations.
Though the mutation occurs naturally, it's extremely unlikely to happen in the wild, which is why it could be sold for £3,700. That said, Kobylka told Business Insider that he's planning on keeping the expressive python because of its "uniqueness." No word on if the snake is, indeed, an optimistic fellow.
