The confessed night owl has recently been open about his routine, so open you might wonder if he wants you to know just how much exercise he crams in every day to maintain his famous physical prowess and macho strength.

So here goes. After tucking into a mid-morning breakfast of a large omelet or a big bowl of porridge, with some quail eggs and cottage cheese the side and a juice made from beets and horseradish he then commences with a beastly workout.
