Brexit: no one knows how it's going to work, no one knows how to make it happen, no one knows why we're even bothering anymore.
One man, though, claims to know one thing: it's about to make your weekly food shop a lot more expensive.
Justin King, who was chief executive of Sainsbury's between 2004 and 2014, told BBC Panorama that it is 'very clear' British shoppers will face 'higher prices, less choice and poorer quality' once we leave the EU.
"Brexit, almost in whatever version it is, will introduce barriers,' he told the programme.
"That makes it less efficient which means all three of those benefits – prices, quality and choice – go backwards."
King added that a rise in prices is the 'last thing' any supermarket boss would reveal.
Still, at least we'll guaranteed to get better control of our borders, right?
