Tinder Is Introducing A Video Feature Just To Make Getting A Match Even Harder

Brilliant

Think trying to get someone to agree to date you is difficult now? Just wait to see how Tinder's new feature is going to make it even more of a test of your creativity and perseverance.

Just like Snapchat and Instagram who offer their Story features, Tinder have bought a video app called Wheel which will add video messaging technology to the dating app.

Variety reports that: "Tinder plans to weave in video features, promising a new way for lonely-hearts to make love connections."

The move will keep you on the app for longer and mean endless notifications, forced sexy selfies and mundane updates on weather/food/politics. You basically will have to morph into a videographer, on yet another app. Ah, the world of online dating.

Brian Norgard, Tinder's head of product and revenue said: "We are always exploring new ways to innovate while helping our users make connections on Tinder."

If that sounds like such a headache you're already reaching to delete the app, here's some alternatives.
