Adidas are clearly firm believers in the 'more is more' philosophy. Deciding that collaborating with just one company at a time is boring, they've teamed up with three separate companies to create a new iteration of the Rod Laver.
With so many people involved the final product had to be good. And, thankfully, it is.

Bedwin & The Heartbreakers and Beauty & Youth are two Japanese brands who both have names that sound like '60s doo wop groups.
Beauty & Youth are an offshoot brand of United Arrows, a popular Japanese label and store. Bedwin make clothing influenced by, but not recreating, US workwear.
They're all really cool brands to mention in that cool clothing shop you've been slightly worried about going into. Got all that? Good.
They've all joined together, like a clothing version of Captain Planet, to create this remix of the Rod Laver.
The mesh design means they'll be airy enough for the hottest summer days. They're laceless, which will save you about five seconds every morning. And, most importantly, they look great. You'll have to pick one of these up sharpish though, they've only made a couple of them. (End, £95)
