Adding to its spaces in Harrods and Selfridges, Spanish luxury brand Loewe opened the doors to a new standalone boutique in Mayfair’s Mount Street this week – its first in Europe since 2002.
The store, covering 100 square metres of gold and bronze opulence within a 19th century building, was designed by preeminent architect Peter Marino (the man responsible for the similarly grand Louis Vuitton London headquarters which opened around the corner last year, not to mention Loewe’s Valencia store and countless others). Initially focusing on men’s and women’s accessories, the store will soon progress onto presenting their Made to Order collections through a number of special events. Well worth a look if you're feeling flush.
