Like some writhing retail chameleon, Comme Des Garçons' Dover Street Market store has - once again - undergone a 'Tachiagari" (Japanese for "beginning") at the hands of Rei Kawakubo and Adrian Joffe, the brand's owners and founders.
Redesigned for the new season, the six-floor Mayfair store now plays host to a range of specially designed retail spaces, alongside a range of new lines - including some beautiful bags by Mismo, but more on that later.
What we're most excited about is DSM's new sneaker space (featuring Adam Kimmel's excellent hi-tops) which has been designed by artist Michael Samuels and constructed - in characterstic style - from empty wooden crates and high-vis straps. (pictured above)
