Founded in 2002 by a pair of Brits with no formal fashion training, Rag & Bone has gone great guns to make its mark on the scene. Known for a pared-down approach to tailoring and a functional take on traditional British garb, the brand is to unveil a "pop-up" abode at London's yummy-mummy garrison, The Shop at Bluebird, on May 6th.
An endeavour to bring a slice of "New York cool" to the King’s Road, the temporary space will house the extent of Rag & Bone’s men and womenswear Spring Summer 2010 collections alongside a selection of pieces from the Autumn Winter 2010 preview collections. It’s all about relaxed tailoring right now, so make a play for the narrow-fit jackets in shades of dove grey, olive and slate.
