If you made the decision to buy a Harrington jacket this year (well done on that by the way) then you might have been pretty devastated to see Chris Huhne attempting the Steve McQueen look last week (above) in this navy Baracuta, as he emerged from his stint at Her Majesty's pleasure.
Before you go and chuck your jacket in the loft, though, there's still hope – Baracuta has just announced three new styles that offer a similar but subtly different take on this classic.
The British brand made some of the original Harringtons back in the 1930s (the first style, the G9, is still available to buy now), and their roots with the British Army inspired the brand’s premium blue label. They even had a Royal Warrant to make sure their clothing stood up to the military’s high standards.
Baracuta's new collection includes these three new jackets with new details, like detachable hoods and breast pockets - open the gallery for the three styles. Just don’t go over the speed limit while you’re wearing it.
