Reclaiming the look from Hugh Hefner, burgundy is a discreet trend this autumn/winter. Seen in the collections of Alexander McQueen, Prada and Topman, it has that distinguished, cigar-smoking look that we’re rather fond of.
We’re certainly not recommending that you go down the top-to-toe road: a jacket, shirt, or scarf is ample for adding a slick twist to your standard black/navy/grey look.
