It was only a matter of time before cult snapper brand Leica wanted a piece of the trendy instant camera pie.
And now, according to a leak from Petapixel, Leica are set to release their very own Polaroid rival, called the 'Sofort'.
It will be officially announced on 15 September, and will be available in three colours. They're working in conjunction with Fujifilm on Leica-branded film (the very same used in Fujifilm Instax Mini cameras, to give you an idea of the image quality you can expect) and it'll also come with a bunch of dedicated accessories and modes, including "Selfie," "Party," "Sport" or "Macro."
The price? About £240, and the film packs will cost you around a tenner. A lot of money for an insta, sure - but look at the pretty colours.
Worth every penny.
