Aedle is a brand with a plan. Conceived, designed and run by French entrepreneurs Baptiste Sancho and Rapael Lebas deLacour, its Aedle VK-1 Classic Edition headphones, custom-made and using soft, genuine leather were an immediate hit when they were launched in 2013, via high-end retailers like Selfridges.
Now Aedle's back with an in-ear version that sacrifices none of their high-end production values or audio sensibilities. Their ODS-1 Earphones are constructed from machined aluminium and Italian calf leather, there's a 10mm dynamic driver giving impressively depthy bass and twinkling treble and they come with some seriously luxe packaging.
Future plans from the company include a range of bespoke travel goods. Watch this space, and watch the name Aedle.
