The laptop bag is always an awkward buy. Do you go flamboyant or do you rein it in? The tan leather bag might be great in a 'walking down the catwalk' kind of way, but there's the constant worry that it'll get scratched - although we know they'll get better with age, the first scratch is still painful. So why not get a black laptop bag?

Our main issue with black bags isn't the colour, but the quality. With the majority being purchased as rush buys at PC World, they're usually poorly made polyester affairs that shouldn't be seen outside of an office supplies cabinet.
