App of the week - Frieze Art Finder

If there's one thing we know about Frieze Art Fair, we know that it gets busy. Very busy. Between sidestepping gaggles of Japanese tourists and avoiding the jets of flame which shoot from the nostrils of art dealers, it can be a stretch to see any art at all.

Praise be then, for the first ever Frieze Art Fair app. Complete with an interactive map, an "art finder" - with comprehensive filter, enabling navigation by size, prize and style - and a "favourites" section encouraging visitors to create an artchive (see what we did there?) of their favourite pieces from the fair, we're amazed we've survived the past few years without one.

Frieze Art Fair will take place between 14 and 17 October 2010. www.friezeartfair.com
