The Esquire Guide to Good Design - Episode Two

The London Design Festival is upon us once again, and this year we've spoken to some of the biggest names on the British scene, to provide you with our ultimate guide to good design.

Second on the schedule - following yesterday's star turn from Peter Marigold - is Thomas Heatherwick, the innovative British furniture designer who was this week awarded the London Design Medal for his countless contributions to British design, which include Littlehampton's stunning East beach Cafe, a surprisingly beautiful power station in Teeside and the up-coming redesign of London's iconic Routemaster buses.

We'll be posting interviews with an array of British stars for the rest of the week, so watch this space for up-and-coming lighting designer Lee Broom, multi award-winning designer Max Lamb and Esquire favourite Stuart Haygarth.
