Barry Alford and Jefferson Hoffman are not your average skincare gurus. Neither man dresses like your stereotypical lab scientist, nor do they converse in confusing lexicon. They are, in fact, former American football teammates who joined forces to launch their own grooming range - Alford & Hoff - when they heard about the "next big thing" in men's skincare, a compound that encourages the production of a naturally occurring protein called sirtuin.
