Donkey Kong Shelves

Have you always wanted to show off your love of the NES-era of gaming without raiding your parents' attic? Well now you can - with shelves. 

Not just any shelves, mind. We're talking about these Donkey Kong inspired shelving wall. It was created by Igor Chak, a Russian designer who's had quite the nomadic life, moving from Russia to Japan to Seattle all before finishing University. A former prototyping specialist for Nokia, Chak now turns his hand to design of all sorts, including things like this shelving wall.

We're not sure your significant other will approve of you having a shelving wall based on Donkey Kong, so you may have to get inventive with excuses. We suggest calling it an '80s inspired art deco piece'. Which, technically, isn't a lie - although it's a long way from the truth. igorchak.com
